Project Description
This antique instrument also required extensive work, beginning with a restoration of the headstock and neck, with a new fingerboard being installed. Additionally, I replaced the pick guard, dealt with cracks along the top of the instrument, re-glued the braces, and fixed multiple cracks on the back of the instrument.
Finally, the restoration was finished with a new fingerboard and new fingerboard inlays, a new ebony bridge (featuring a bone top), refinished with a nice French polish to make it shine!
